Mission statement: Supporting sustainable futures for the homeless.

Why RVA Resilience Fund?
-
Our purpose is to support and provide awareness of the needs of local homeless and low-income individuals and families in Richmond, Virginia.
-
RVA Resilience Fund educates the community on the lack of affordable housing and the low vacancy rates of this housing.
-
We also want to bring awareness to the importance of sustainable development opportunities for this housing to not only conserve resources and be less taxing on the environment, but also to save even more money for the end user for utility costs.
-
RVA Resilience Fund fundraises and donates money to specific initiatives to support sustainable low-income housing.
-
We gather donations to create food bags and backpack supply kits for the homeless shelters in Richmond, Va.
